Peter Anthony, President & CEO
Mr. Anthony took the reins of Illumen in 2001 and brings extensive management and entrepreneurial experience to the company. He is charged with overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of Illumen and its long-term growth and expansion. Prior to Illumen, Peter founded a California based information management company -- Century Imaging -- that he grew to a highly regarded information management firm with offices in Los Angeles, Century City and Seattle, WA. In 1998, Mr. Anthony finalized the acquisition of Century by a national service provider. A graduate of the University of Maryland, Peter and his family reside in Washington, DC.

Tom Donnelly, Vice President Business Development & Operations
Mr. Donnelly has been with Illumen since its inception in 2001 and brings extensive management and user interface experience to the company. In addition to Business Development and Operational responsibilities, Tom oversees the development of corporate partnership opportunities and manages relationships with e-content vendors. Prior to Illumen, Tom was a Group Vice President with Ketchum Public Relations specializing in Public Affairs, Crisis Communications and Litigation Communications. A graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Tom resides in Strasburg, VA.

Matt Spencer, Vice President Sales & Marketing
Matt Spencer joined the Illumen Team in 2005 to oversee sales and assist in the strategic growth of Illumen. Prior to Illumen, Matt led the corporate sales effort for a leading relationship management technology company. Matt has had a 14 year career in software sales, marketing and sales management, including leading the growth of a regional advertising agency into a nationally recognized public relations and advertising agency for major technology firms. Matt's software sales experience includes enterprise-solutions and advocacy software. Matt resides with his family in Potomac, MD.

Adam Talaat, Vice President Technology
Mr. Talaat has been with Illumen since the summer of 2002, designing the technology underpinning that runs the service. Prior to Illumen, Adam was an application developer at WebCritical Technologies; building the technology behind TheMuniCenter.com, a real-time online municipal bond marketplace. Adam's early work in Information Technology placed him at the confluence of software development and interface design, building a strong appreciation for how individuals interact with computer systems. Adam has been designing software and services for the Internet since 1996 and resides in Arlington, VA.
